Job summary

Jobot, a large nationwide commercial roofing contractor, is seeking strong PMs to lead complex reroof and service projects. You will manage projects from award to closeout, coordinate budgets and schedules, and maintain client communication while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing commercial roofing or construction projects.
• Strong client and field team communication.
• Experience with budgets, schedules and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from award to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontracts, materials and change orders.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and field leadership.
• Maintain strong client communication and job documentation.
• Forecast costs, track progress and ensure quality and safety.
• Experience with TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, Coatings, Metal preferred.
