Job summary

Jobot is seeking strong Project Managers for large nationwide commercial roofing projects. Manage projects from award to closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontracts, materials, and change orders. You will collaborate with Superintendents and field leadership, maintaining client communication and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial roofing projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from award to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontracts, materials, and change orders.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and field leadership.
• Maintain client communication and project documentation.
• Forecast costs, track progress, and ensure quality and safety.
• Experience with TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, coatings or metal is preferred.
