BluSky is seeking a National Restoration Project Manager to supervise restoration projects nationwide, traveling as needed. You will coordinate field operations, manage temporary labor, equipment, and paperwork, and ensure the highest levels of safety and customer satisfaction.
The role requires 3-5 years in restoration, 3+ years PM experience, IICRC certifications, and readiness to travel across the United States.
The construction National Restoration Project Manager is a traveling role responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all assigned restoration projects. Including but not limited to Temporary Labor selection, Equipment procurement and inventory, On-site management, Paperwork accuracy, and Quality Control. The construction Restoration Project Manager is also responsible for working closely with occupants and property owners throughout the restoration process, including daily updates to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Base Salary Range is: $85,000 - $105,000 Commission OTE Range is: $50,000 - $100,000 Vehicle Allowance Per Diem to cover expenses, such as Region: Supports the US, Nationwide, with up to 100% travel and a boots-on-the-ground approach.
