Job summary

Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY, part of CommonSpirit Health, seeks a National Nurse Resident for a November 9 cohort. Eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance. You will receive mentorship, feedback, and a team-focused path to grow from day one.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, administer treatments, track vitals, and educate patients and families, advancing your nursing career through a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program.

This position is for the November 9th Cohort Start Date Only! This position is eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance. As a National Nurse Resident, you'll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won't be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success.

Every day, you'll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You'll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

To succeed in this role, you'll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team-first mindset, you'll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career.
