As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you contribute to your team's success and the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution centres. In this remote national role, you’ll be part of the quality team driving excellence across our U.S. healthcare logistics network. As a National Quality Engineer, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and compliance of GxP equipment validation at regional warehouse sites—ensuring standards for commissioning, qualification, and CSV validation are met.
You’ll work at the intersection of compliance, operational precision, and continuous improvement—aligning local execution with global standards. From FDA and EU GDP to internal protocols, you’ll ensure healthcare operations meet and exceed benchmarks.
This is a collaborative role. You’ll advise and support Local Healthcare Operations Quality and QSHE Managers, regional leadership, contractors, and equipment suppliers, maintaining audit readiness, regulatory alignment, and a culture of quality. • Lead validation master planning and reviews across regional sites
• Support audits, inspections, complaints, and regulatory interactions
• Advise on quality strategy during projects and operations
• Conduct corporate quality assessments and supplier audits
• Promote standardized metrics, inspection plans, and best practices
• Ensure inspection readiness and act as Validation SME during audits
• Advocate for customer quality expectations at all organizational levels
