Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (Property Marketing Strategist) to support a nationwide portfolio for CBRE Calibre Creative Group. You will help develop and execute marketing strategies and deliverables for commercial assets, from new developments to existing buildings, aimed at occupants and brokers.

The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller and strategic thinker with strong leadership, capable of owning accounts, building relationships with sales teams, presenting go-to-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to empower and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong writing skills for reports and presentations.
• Leadership to motivate teams across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own national accounts for CBRE Calibre Creative Group and drive performance.
• Build relationships with sales teams and clients to shape marketing strategy.
• Develop and present go-to-market materials for large pitches.
• Plan, implement and track budgets, timelines and KPIs for listings.
• Present strategies internally and to clients for feedback and approvals.
• Stay current with marketing tactics and technologies to enhance campaigns.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on property marketing strategy.
• Lead multiple projects with limited direction and mentor teammates.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports and optimize based on data.
• Support special projects as time allows.
