Remotebridge is seeking a National Park Ranger contractor to work remotely on a short-term project, 15-25 hours per week. You will review user questions, develop rubrics for passes, fees, permits, and reservations, and cover regulations and safety in your guidance.

Candidates with current or prior National Park Service experience and strong writing skills will excel. You will evaluate AI answers against rubrics and provide clear feedback to the team, helping ensure accurate visitor information

• Write rubrics that define a correct, complete answer on park passes, entrance fees, permits, and reservations.
• Cover park regulations, visitor safety, and trip planning questions in your rubrics.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers against your rubrics, flagging errors, omissions, and outdated guidance.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team, working asynchronously.

Required Qualifications

• Current, former, or seasonal National Park Service experience (park ranger, interpretive ranger, or visitor services staff)
• 1+ years answering visitor questions or working with passes, permits, reservations, or fees
• Working knowledge of park regulations and visitor safety
• US-based
• Able to start quickly and commit 15-25 hours/week
• Clear, precise writing

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital reservation and pass systems (such as Recreation.gov)
• Experience delivering interpretive programs
• Experience creating guides, FAQs, or training materials
• Experience helping a diverse range of visitors, including rural and non-English-speaking guests
