Job summary

Leadling, a national mortgage lending platform, is recruiting mortgage loan officers to originate loans across the United States. You'll build a self-sourced pipeline and manage client relationships using LOS and CRM tools.

You must hold an active MLO license and be eligible to work in the United States, with 1+ year of origination experience. Compensation is 75k–200k USD annually with revenue share opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active MLO license and/or NMLS registration
• 1+ year mortgage origination experience
• Self-sourced producer
• Experience with LOS and CRM systems
• Experience with conventional, FHA/VA, jumbo, refinance and purchase mortgage products
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans and guide borrowers from engagement to closing
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of mortgage business
• Use LOS and CRM platforms to manage loan activity and client relationships
• Work across conventional, FHA/VA, jumbo, refinance and purchase products
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and referral partners
