Qualifications

• Active Mortgage Loan Officer with an active MLO license or SC licensure.
• At least 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Self-sourced producer with a proven pipeline.
• Experience with LOS and CRM systems.
• Experience with conventional, FHA/VA, jumbo, refinance and purchase products.
• Experience working with realtors and referral partners.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans and guide borrowers from engagement to closing.
• Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline of mortgage business.
• Use LOS and CRM platforms to manage loan activity and client relationships.
• Work with conventional, FHA/VA, jumbo, refinance and purchase products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and referral partners.
