Job summary

Invitation Homes LP seeks a National Manager, Rehab & Turn to lead our single-family home rehab and turn programs. You will oversee systems, processes, and a cross-functional team to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

You will train and mentor associates, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Risk, Procurement, Property Management, Leasing, Accounting, HR, Technology, and IMG. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, purchasing and residential construction.
• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and business applications (Salesforce, Tableau, Yardi).
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

The National Manager, Rehab & Turn is responsible for leading, developing, and managing processes, programs, systems and team members required to effectively and consistently execute the company’s single-family rental home rehab and turn operations.

What You’ll Do

• Support national market teams as a subject matter expert for all systems, processes, and programs used in Rehab and Turn operations. This includes training, coaching, and mentoring associates.

• Manage, lead, and support National Rehab and Turn programs and/or cross-functional projects

• Support the optimization of existing Rehab and Turn technology systems and processes by identifying opportunities to introduce controls and remove inefficiencies

• Assist with the management of timelines and reporting for all aspects of the make ready process

• Monitor operational exceptions, financial expenses, trends, and budget to support local teams in maintaining data integrity and balancing financial objectives against home quality and resident experience standards

• Educate, coach, and mentor other National RTM team members to maximize their growth and development

• Participate in the interview and selection process for new team members

• Lead and/or actively support initiatives aligned with meeting all corporate and RTM objectives

• Collaborate with other corporate departments including, but not limited to, Risk Management, Procurement, Property Management, Leasing, Accounting, Human Resources, Technology, and Investment Management Group (IMG)

• Foster a friendly and open work environment in all internal and external interactions

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, purchasing and residential construction, including reviewing bids/estimates and change orders

• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience

• Analytical and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

• Ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and other business applications (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Yardi)

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to multi-task

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is: $79,987.50 - $138,645.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
