Wilson Elser is seeking a highly skilled National Litigation & Claims Management Attorney in Dallas to lead nationwide litigation matters, shape discovery strategies, and oversee a national claims program. The role requires agility to pivot between priorities, multi-jurisdictional issues, and close client collaboration.

The candidate should have a JD, 5+ years in litigation with strong discovery experience, and be comfortable with hybrid remote work arrangements in a national context.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one state.
• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience with strong discovery background.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional litigation or national claims programs.
• Background in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory areas preferred.
• Familiarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues a plus.
• Ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client counseling and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with litigation and discovery tools.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Develop strategic discovery responses aligned with national litigation strategies.
• Identify discovery issues and opportunities for process improvements.
• Oversee a national claims program with scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with attorneys, partners, and clients on case strategy and discovery plans.
• Work across offices and practice groups to deliver team-oriented service.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving client needs.
