What You’ll Do
As a National Leasing Specialist, you’ll impact the success of the Coastal Ridge Real Estate portfolio by visiting multiple sites to drive leasing performance across the student housing portfolio. You will lead by example, executing excellent leasing behaviors and standards of practice. Your responsibilities include supporting leasing production and marketing for your assigned community.
Where You’ll Work
This role offers the opportunity to work across various Coastal Ridge Real Estate student apartment communities nationwide. It requires 90-100% travel.
What You’ll Own
- Participate in all leasing process aspects: entering leads into Entrata, contacting and following up with prospects, providing tours, closing sales, assisting with applications and lease agreements, and maintaining high standards of clubhouse, model, and tour route cleanliness.
- Drive leasing targets and collaborate with the Senior National Leasing Specialist to address opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze the competitive landscape by shopping competitors and maintaining updated market records.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of property selling points, common objections, leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability.
- Support customer service efforts as a full-time member of the onsite team.
- Enhance prospect interest and resident retention through marketing efforts and events.
- Guide and support the leasing team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success.
- Travel will be required — 100% of the time.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience as a Student Leasing Manager or Assistant Property Manager required.
- Experience leasing at multiple properties and markets is preferred.
- Experience in luxury conventional and student housing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
- Candidates nationwide considered; preference for candidates in the East, Midwest, or Southeast U.S.
- Must reside near a major airport and be willing to travel 90-100% of the time.
