SUMMARY: National/ Key Account Executive would support the VP of Sales with the management of National Chains and a network of Brokers and Distributors as well as acquisition of new accounts

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Account Executive with proven business development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with our national accounts. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities, develop customized solutions, and execute plans to meet company needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

·Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new national/ regional accounts to drive revenue growth.

·Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account plans tailored to each client's needs, aligning our solutions with their business objectives.

·Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute sales strategies that achieve company targets and objectives.

·Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

·Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of Boost Oxygen's products and services.

·Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements are in the best interest of the company and the client.

·Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize success.

·Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

·Assist VP of Sales with retail customer management, new customer acquisitions, merchandizing partnerships, sales force and broker effectiveness, and much more.

·Work seamlessly with Sales staff to ensure execution and gain field knowledge.

·Business travel is required, to include HQ, client meetings and trade shows. Some weekend travel will be required.

Compensation and Hours:

·$100,000+ per year to start based on commensurate experience

·40+ hours per week, expected to work at minimum 9-5 each day

·Annual and Semi-Annual Performance-based Bonuses possible, commensurate with financial goals.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· College Degree Required. Masters in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

· Disciplined, Results oriented.

· Strong communication, analytical, motivational and presentation skills. Attention to detail.

· Ability to multi-task, flexibility to take on and finish wide variety of tasks to drive company excellence.

·NetSuite (preferred) or other CRM capabilities
