Best Buddies International in the United States seeks a Manager, Jobs (National) to lead national field support, coaching, and program development for BB Jobs staff. You will partner with state teams to improve job development, employer engagement, and participant outcomes, while guiding onboarding and professional development initiatives.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience in project management and staff coaching, with strong presentation and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years’ project management and staff coaching experience.
• Best Buddies program experience, or other integrated employment/job coaching experience, preferred.
• Strong project management including planning, analysis, decision making, and problem solving; multitasking ability.
• Excellent presentation and written communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide national field support, coaching, problem solving, and training to Jobs staff.
• Collaborate with state teams to strengthen job development, employer engagement, and program operations.
• Monitor trends and needs; develop targeted resources to improve outcomes and operations.
• Develop staff training curricula and ensure consistency across markets.
• Ensure Salesforce usage is effective; update forms/materials annually.
