National Housebuilder BDM – Kitchens Manufacturer
Role

National Business Development Manager – Private Developer Channel
Location: National (ideally centrally based – excluding remote regions)

We are recruiting a commercially focused National BDM to lead new business activity within the private developer sales channel. The role targets Tier 2 housebuilders such as Cala Homes, Miller Homes, Avant, and Bloor.

You will be responsible for identifying and approaching non-trading regional developer offices with the goal of securing framework approvals. The role involves working closely with procurement teams, site managers, and technical staff to build strong, long-term partnerships. Once accounts are secured, they are handed over to an internal BDM team for ongoing support.

This is a strategic, relationship-led position focused purely on winning new business.

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven individual who:

  • Ideally has a background in KBB, interior products, or other design-led sectors (heavyside or P&H candidates with the right attributes will also be considered)
  • Is confident engaging with procurement teams and navigating complex sales cycles
  • Is motivated, tenacious, and thrives in a growth-focused environment
