National Business Development Manager – Private Developer Channel
Location: National (ideally centrally based – excluding remote regions)
We are recruiting a commercially focused National BDM to lead new business activity within the private developer sales channel. The role targets Tier 2 housebuilders such as Cala Homes, Miller Homes, Avant, and Bloor.
You will be responsible for identifying and approaching non-trading regional developer offices with the goal of securing framework approvals. The role involves working closely with procurement teams, site managers, and technical staff to build strong, long-term partnerships. Once accounts are secured, they are handed over to an internal BDM team for ongoing support.
This is a strategic, relationship-led position focused purely on winning new business.
