What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead on-site implementation of complex automation systems across various locations
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support to field service engineers, both on-site and remotely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Support, Sales, and Project Management
- Exercise judgment to identify and solve unique and complex problems with laboratory automation systems
- Mentor and train internal and external customers on technical skills and knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 3+ years of relevant industry or military experience; or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in complex electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair
- Willingness to travel domestically at least 80% of the time, often on short notice
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a customer-facing context
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of network/LIS communication troubleshooting
