Job summary

State of Wyoming is seeking a security professional to protect Wyoming Air National Guard installations, including facilities, personnel, and equipment. Candidates should have 1–2 years in security or military experience and meet security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of security work experience or 1-2 years in military service or completion of Air Force Security Forces Tech School.
• Enlisted member of Wyoming Air National Guard or willing to move to ANG.

Responsibilities

• Provides entry control to Wyoming ANG facilities.
• Conducts identification checks of persons and vehicles.
• Maintains logs, records, and security blotters.
• Monitors base alarm systems and responds to activations.
• Provides security and armed response to restricted areas, aircraft, and hangars.
• Conducts minor investigations into thefts, vandalism, and property damage.
