As a National Development and Fundraising Capacity Building VISTA, you will strengthen systems and infrastructure for national fundraising efforts, research philanthropic opportunities, build prospect pipelines, and support campaigns to benefit the organization beyond your service term.

Qualifications

• Experience with prospect research, fundraising, donor relations, data management, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assess development operations and identify opportunities to strengthen systems, workflows, data management, and coordination.
• Research foundations, corporations, institutional funders, and philanthropic partners; develop prospect profiles; maintain a national pipeline.
• Create standardized prospect research and donor stewardship tools, including calendars, tracking systems, communication templates, and recognition resources.
• Analyze donor and prospect data to identify engagement, cultivation, and retention opportunities.
