The Department of Justice, Fraud Division, National Enforcement Section, is seeking qualified Trial Attorneys for three-year renewable term positions. Qualifications

• J.D., or equivalent, degree, and license to practice as an attorney in any U.S. state or DC.
• Active membership in the bar in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out investigations and prosecutions, advise on strategy and legal complexities, and set litigation priorities.
• Recommend charging decisions and dispositions for assigned cases; coordinate with Assistant U.S. Attorneys and other agencies.
• Engage in all phases of investigation and litigation, including grand jury work and litigating motions and trials in U.S. District Courts.
