Vice President of Global Influencer Marketing

Location : Inglewood, California, United States

The NFL seeks an innovative, dynamic, and strategic leader to serve as the Global Vice President of Influencer and Creator Marketing . This role is pivotal in driving engagement with priority audiences across the globe, including casual fans, youth, and women.

This role focuses on authentically building direct partnerships with influencers, content creators, and celebrities. The VP of Global Influencer Marketing will be responsible for building and scaling an industry-leading strategy that maximizes the reach of the NFL, strengthens / builds fandom, and aligns with the league's global vision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute a global influencer and creator marketing strategy to amplify league initiatives and drive fan engagement across domestic and international markets. Lead programs to connect with Gen Z, Gen A, and emerging audiences through innovative, culturally relevant collaborations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer programs within overall marketing initiatives.
  • Influencer and Creator Partnerships : Build relationships with influencers, content creators, artists, and brand ambassadors aligned with NFL values. Oversee negotiations, contracts, and partnership management to maximize opportunities. Foster long-term partnerships supporting inclusivity, innovation, and growth.
  • Content Creation and Amplification : Drive creation of engaging content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and emerging channels. Ensure storytelling aligns with NFL brand guidelines, maintaining authenticity and cultural sensitivity. Partner with analytics teams to measure and optimize content performance.
  • Global Expansion : Ensure international markets understand and support global creator marketing strategies. Support local nuances considering regional trends, platforms, and cultures. Collaborate with international teams for cohesive messaging.
  • Team Leadership and Budget Management : Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. Manage budgets and resources effectively. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 11+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related fields, with proven global success.
  • Deep relationships within the influencer / creator industry, including key talent.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing functions, social platforms, and creator ecosystems.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple markets and platforms.
  • Passion for sports, football, entertainment, and the creator economy.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively across the organization and with 32 clubs.

Preferred Experience :

  • Experience in sports or entertainment industries.
  • Experience working across global markets.
  • Established relationships with high-profile influencers and agents.

Travel : 20-30%, primarily domestic.

Location : Based in either New York, NY, or Inglewood, CA. In-person work required; remote / hybrid options not available. No relocation assistance provided.
