Job summary

Stiles seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee end-to-end onsite management of installation teams on nationwide projects. You will lead field crews, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and drive on-time, within-scope execution while maintaining safety standards.

Shaping multi-site execution, you’ll monitor budgets, manage subcontractors, and document progress through regular reports. A strong technical background and willingness to travel are essential for success in this road

Qualifications

• Mechatronics or electrical engineering background
• Master craftsman certification
• Equivalent hands-on experience with complex industrial equipment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onsite management and coordination of installation teams across Stiles projects nationally
• Lead field crews and subcontractors from mobilization through commissioning and startup
• Serve as the primary on-site contact coordinating between customers, project managers, engineering, and service teams
• Drive fulfillment of installation terms on time and within scope
• Track quality, document defects, and resolve installation issues early
• Manage site budgets and supplier costs including scope changes
• Lead on-site meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Ensure safety and compliance protocols on every site
• Document progress with weekly reports and milestone updates
