What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and regional sales quotas
- Direct sales forecasting activities and hold the team accountable to performance goals
- Motivate and lead field sales personnel, providing necessary training and coaching
- Remove barriers to success and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures

What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 10 years of medical sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years of successful people management experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven track record of hiring and developing top sales talent
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking database systems
