Dwm Inc is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead interior construction projects across the United States. The role involves hands-on site leadership, coordinating with clients, design teams, and trades, and requires travel up to 80% annually.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, safety, and compliance, read blueprints, manage subcontractors, and ensure project profitability. NY, FL, NC, TN, or KY offices are involved; strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction, preferably with carpentry.
• Ability to travel up to 80% annually including air travel.
• Desire to travel nationwide.
• Schedules include day, evening, overnights, weekends.
• Proven problem solver and team player.
• Hiring out of NY (office) or remotely out of FL, NC, TN, or KY.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on oversight on all phases of a construction project on site until completion.
• Coordinate with trades and subcontractors to meet goals and profitability.
• Provide direction to teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of progress, timesheets, and invoices daily.
• Forecast project cost and timeline to meet profit margins.
• Read blueprints, purchase orders, change orders and submittals.
• Monitor work schedule and ensure timelines are met.
• Plan inspections and obtain permits as needed.
• Resolve on-site issues, escalating to the Director as needed.
• Report updates, manpower forecasts, and activities to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Travel nationwide as required (up to 80%).
