Job summary

AIPAC is seeking a candidate to identify, recruit, engage, and support pro-Israel student leaders on major college campuses. The role focuses on relationship-building, training, mentorship, and coordination to equip emerging advocates with the skills, resources, and opportunities to make their voices heard.

Duties include campus visits, building relationships with campus professionals and student leaders, organizing training conferences, and designing campus-specific action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience.
  • Relevant and recent on-campus experience.
  • Command of issues affecting the US-Israel relationship.
  • Familiarity with American legislative and electoral politics.
  • Willingness to spend extensive time traveling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

  • Regular campus visits to designated campuses
  • Builds relationships with campus professionals and student leaders on priority campuses
  • Recruits for and runs programs at AIPAC training conferences, including, but not limited to the Political Student Leadership Summit, Campaign Training Institute, Leadership Retreat, and AIPAC Congressional Summit
  • Works with student leadership on each campus to design campus- and community-specific action plans
  • Mobilizes campus activists for pro-Israel political impact
  • Maintains contact with movement activists to advance and monitor progress of campus initiatives
  • Reports regularly on campus accomplishments to department leadership, regional colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Other departmental responsibilities as assigned

AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary between $53,000.00 and $60,000.00 for the position. A job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate's skills and experience match the role's requirements. AIPAC also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that contributes to employees’ overall total compensation package.

We currently follow a hybrid schedule with three days in our offices and two days remotely.
