Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of technical field experience required.
• 0-1+ years of field leadership experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel nationwide required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite inspections for construction projects of various sizes and scopes.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and installation practices for compliance with project requirements.
• Identify deficiencies, safety concerns, or production issues and communicate findings to project teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and field personnel to address project issues.
• Review permits, ROW requirements, and jurisdictional regulations for compliance.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting project progress, quality, and compliance results.
• Oversee and direct the work of internal field crews and external subcontractors onsite, directing corrective action as needed.
