Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks a leader to design and drive the national field reimbursement strategy for a potential U.S. launch of sonelokimab in HS.

The role will build the operating model, recruit regional leaders, and integrate field reimbursement with hub, specialty pharmacy, market access, and commercial readiness. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical market access, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of payer policy, PA processes, and access programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of pharma/biotechnology market access, reimbursement, patient services, or related experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including leadership of field access/reimbursement teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the national field reimbursement strategy and operating model.
• Recruit and develop regional FRM leadership and a national FRM team.
• Define compliant standards for provider-office education on coverage, PA, appeals, affordability programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create a coordinated patient-access model.
• Establish a field access control tower to identify, triage, and address barriers.
