Job summary

Braven is seeking an Associate for Recruitment & Enrollment to advance Fellow recruitment across 13+ partner sites. This role travels to campuses to lead blitzes, conduct outreach, and drive enrollment toward site goals while partnering with senior leaders.

The position requires on-site work in major cities, exceptional relationship-building, and a hands-on approach to campaign tracking using Salesforce. Strong communication and execution are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, student affairs, community organizing, or a related people-facing field.

Responsibilities

• Provide national recruitment support and deployment across Braven's partner sites.
• Maintain Salesforce to track recruitment activity and Fellow records.
• Build relationships with campus contacts and represent Braven to prospective Fellows.
• Support regional Recruitment Associates during high-demand enrollment moments.
