Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group is seeking an Assistant Electrical Project Manager to support the full project lifecycle from business development and estimating through execution and closeout. You will work with the Project Manager to meet scope, cost, and schedule goals while upholding client satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Industrial/commercial electrical project experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems plus related mechanical/civil/structural work.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Proficient with MS Project, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Project Manager to manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, change management, and cost tracking.
• Collaborate to oversee subcontractors, labor resources, and field supervision.
• Coordinate multi-trade installation methods (electrical, mechanical, civil, structural).
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver technical documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Help provide value engineering analysis to optimize cost and efficiency.
