Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a Staff Attorney to join a high-impact litigation team in a flexible hybrid setting across its offices. The role focuses on developing and executing discovery strategies for a sophisticated national portfolio for a major international client.

You will work with experienced attorneys, engage with in-house and outside counsel, and shape discovery approaches that influence cases nationwide. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience handling litigation discovery, investigations, or complex civil litigation.
• Exceptional analytical skills to identify issues quickly.
• Outstanding legal writing and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset to work with multiple teams and jurisdictions.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance legal workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex litigation matters and identify discovery issues early.
