Job summary

Miami Music Project’s Teaching Artists Training Institute (TATI) seeks a Director of Curriculum & Programs to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of professional learning for Teaching Artists and arts education leaders nationwide.

The role partners with the Managing Director to ensure programs reflect best practices in adult education and maintain high-quality participant experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in music education, nonprofit leadership, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development and implementation of TATI's educational vision aligned with Course of Learning and adult education principles.
• Collaborate with Managing Director to develop new educational initiatives and long-term learning strategy.
• Provide oversight and management of TATI's portfolio of educational programs including Lab Cohort, Leaders Fellowship, Regional Practicums, Learning Retreat, and alumni programming.
