Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC, a leading national homebuilder, is seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to design and implement landscape solutions for residential communities nationwide.

You will collaborate with internal teams and consultants to create sustainable, cost-effective environments that strengthen curb appeal and homeowner satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture, 7–10 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• PLA/RLA registration preferred.
• 7–10 years of landscape architecture experience preferred.
• Experience with residential master-planned communities and land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Land F/X, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review landscape concepts for residential communities and amenity centers.
• Create landscape themes and design standards for brand consistency.
• Coordinate with land development, architecture, construction, marketing, and sales teams.
• Support project execution and municipal approvals with consultants and engineers.
• Develop visual presentations and renderings for stakeholders.
