EVERSANA is seeking a National Director, Field Medical Affairs to lead the field Medical Affairs program for our client, focusing on NMIBC with CIS unresponsive to BCG. You will translate strategy into field objectives and build a high-performing team.

You will oversee territory planning, expert engagement, and ensure compliant communications, data fluency, and timely insights reporting across a national field force. Travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required.
• 4+ years in industry with 2+ years leading field teams.
• Experience developing field medical strategy and plans.
• Travel 60% or more.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a high-performing field Medical Affairs team.
• Translate the Medical Affairs strategy into field objectives and activities.
• Develop metrics, reporting, and insights to guide decision making.
• Ensure compliant, non-promotional, timely medical information responses.
