Cardinal Health Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution supports specialty provider offices by delivering pharmaceutical distribution, technology, and practice solutions that enhance access to specialty therapies. Serving community-based specialty practices, the organization helps providers improve operational performance, streamline drug procurement and inventory management, optimize reimbursement processes, and deliver high-quality patient care.
The National Sales Director will provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of four field-based Sales Directors responsible for growing Cardinal Health Specialty’s market share within community-based oncology and urology practices nationwide. This position plays a key leadership role in executing the go-to-market strategy, strengthening market presence, and advancing the adoption of specialty drug distribution and technology solutions that enable community practices to thrive.
This position reports to the Vice President, Specialty Physician Office Sales.
Anticipated salary range: $248,100 - $350,910 (includes targeted variable pay)
