Qualifications

Proven success as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager overseeing multiple complex projects.
Commercial, federal, and/or healthcare construction experience.
Strong design-build experience and the ability to lead integrated design and construction teams.
Sound financial judgment, contract knowledge, and proactive problem-solving.
Ability to work from Fort Lauderdale and travel to projects nationally.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects and project teams, with accountability for financial performance, schedule, quality, and safety.
Guide design coordination, constructability reviews, budgeting, procurement, and project execution.
Serve as the senior client contact, aligning expectations and resolving challenges.
Mentor Project Managers and collaborate with field leadership.
Manage contracts, forecasting, risk, and resource planning.
Support business development, proposals, and repeat client relationships.
