Wealthspire Institutional seeks a Defined Contribution Leader to guide the national DC administration practice and drive a consistent service model across offices. You will oversee retirement plans from solo to complex employer-sponsored programs, partnering with Platform Operations and other leaders to align strategy with growth and excellence.

Competenze

Over 10 years of experience in managing retirement plans.
5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and professional service teams.
Deep expertise in qualified defined contribution plans (e.g., 401(k), profit sharing, safe harbor, cash balance).
Strong understanding of ERISA, IRC qualification, compliance testing, and fiduciary responsibilities.
Proven success leading operational transformation and process improvements.
Experience with workforce planning, service delivery, and performance metrics.
