IPEX is hiring a National Customer Service Manager to lead a national team of customer service managers, driving a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. The role partners with Sales, Logistics and Marketing to execute programs, promotions and launches while improving order accuracy and responsiveness.

The incumbent will optimize resources, develop talent, and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction across North America.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership to a national team of customer service managers and drive a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Marketing to align customer service with business objectives.
• Oversee order accuracy, responsiveness and customer satisfaction KPIs; manage complex service issues.
