National Corporate Sales Trainer – Roofing & Home Services

Reports To: VP of Sales

Location: Remote (~30% travel)

Are you an experienced roofing sales rep, sales trainer, or sales manager looking to take the next step in your career? We're building a national residential roofing and exterior remodeling brand and need a Corporate Sales Trainer to help our sales teams succeed across multiple markets.

In this role, you'll work directly with sales leadership to train, coach, and mentor new reps, making sure they hit the ground running and achieve consistent results. You'll design onboarding programs, create sales training content, and support local managers in coaching their teams. If you\'ve had success in home services sales (roofing, windows, solar, siding, HVAC, or other one-call-close industries) and love teaching others how to win, this is your chance to make an impact on a national scale.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with the VP of Sales to design and deliver sales training curriculum (virtual + in-person)
  • Run virtual onboarding sessions for new roofing & home improvement sales reps
  • Create and maintain practical training content (videos, guides, playbooks, checklists)
  • Coach and equip local managers with the tools they need to develop top-performing sales teams
  • Track and measure key KPIs like time-to-first-sale, quota attainment, and overall rep productivity
  • Travel to markets to support new branch launches and in-person sales training workshops
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in sales training, sales coaching, or sales management
  • Experience in roofing, solar, windows, siding, HVAC, or other home services sales strongly preferred
  • Hands on experience with one-call-close sales
  • Ability to create engaging, easy-to-follow training content
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex sales techniques and motivate teams
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $85K–$105K
  • Bonus: 10–15% tied to rep productivity and ramp KPIs
