Job summary

CPS Inc. is seeking a Corporate Industrial Hygienist to lead and enhance IH programs across multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities.

This high-impact role offers nationwide collaboration with EHS professionals and limited travel (~10%) while driving occupational health initiatives. The incumbent will implement and improve IH programs to meet regulatory compliance and best practices, maintaining and improving EHS management systems across USA facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Hygiene or ABIH CIH certification.
2+ years of experience in Industrial Hygiene, preferably in manufacturing.
Knowledge of OSHA, NIOSH, ANSI and ACGIH standards.
Knowledge of ventilation systems.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements, leads, and audits US IH programs and policies with a nationwide scope.
Determines sampling strategy and conducts workplace monitoring to meet regulatory requirements.
Manages annual IH surveys at all US locations, including equipment management and report writing.
Analyzes sampling data and compares to exposure limits (PEL, TLV, etc.).
Identifies controls to reduce exposure and assesses new materials for health threats.
Maintains current understanding of hazards, regulations and best practices.
Develops and conducts IH training for site EHS engineers and employees.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
