The role requires strategic vision, execution excellence, and the ability to mentor leaders while building scalable solutions for national programs. Travel across the United States will be required.

• Senior civil engineering leader with strong business judgment and operational leadership.
• Experience leading national client programs and scaling delivery teams.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and client communications.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior leaders and teams.
