Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical.
• Experience recruiting Chiropractors or other licensed providers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Chiropractors including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a national talent pipeline.
• Partner with Clinic Directors to understand hiring needs.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics.
