Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Campus Ambassador Program Manager to build and launch a national network of student ambassadors from the ground up. This role combines program management, recruiting, events, marketing, and relationship building across colleges nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5+ years in program management, recruiting, marketing, or related fields.
• Ability to build processes and programs from scratch and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with campus marketing, ambassador programs, or higher education is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and scale a national Campus Ambassador Program.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach student ambassadors.
• Partner with colleges and universities to support campus initiatives.
• Develop ambassador training programs and onboarding materials.
• Plan and execute campus events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Create processes, timelines, and operational frameworks for program growth.
• Track program performance through KPIs, reporting, and analytics.
• Manage campus engagement, ambassador retention, and recruitment efforts.
