Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Campus Ambassador Program Manager to design and launch a national campus ambassador program from the ground up, combining program management, recruiting, event planning, marketing, and relationship building.

This highly visible, project-driven role requires extensive travel and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and University stakeholders to drive engagement and program adoption across colleges nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years in program management, recruiting, marketing, sales, or higher education.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to build processes and programs from scratch.
• Experience leading initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and scale a national Campus Ambassador Program.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach student ambassadors.
• Partner with colleges and universities to support campus initiatives.
• Develop ambassador training programs and onboarding materials.
• Plan and execute campus events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Create processes, timelines, and operational frameworks for program growth.
• Track program performance through KPIs, reporting, and analytics.
• Manage campus engagement, ambassador retention, and recruitment efforts.
• Travel extensively to support ambassador training, campus events, and university partnerships.
