Qualifications

• Strong political and strategic judgment with ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Experience supervising staff and developing leaders.
• Ability to translate priorities into coordinated, measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead national campaigns that advance strategic priorities and expand engagement.
• Translate priorities into coordinated national campaign strategies with clear outcomes.
• Ensure campaigns are resourced, evaluated, and positioned for success.
• Provide strategic leadership during major moments, removing barriers to action.
• Build relationships with coalition partners and external stakeholders.
• Align leaders across departments around shared campaign objectives.
• Develop leadership capacity and foster accountability across the Campaigns team.
