What you’ll do
  1. The National Business Manager is responsible for developing a strategic partnership with the customer that delivers on Henkel Laundry and Home Care’s (LHC) objectives in net sales, profitability, market share, and trade management.
  2. Strengthen Henkel’s position as the customer’s preferred partner by providing category solutions with Henkel LHC categories & brands:
  3. Brands you will oversee - Laundry Detergents: all, Persil, & Purex; Fabric Softeners: Snuggle & Purex Crystals; Laundry Additives: Twenty Mule Team; Pest Control: Combat; Hard Surface Cleaners: Soft Scrub.
  4. Provide direction to cross-functional resources, find insights to drive the strategic plan, and execute the plan with excellence.
  5. Manage launch strategy and execution of all innovation (items and new brands) in LHC categories with effective project management to drive adoption of marketing and brand initiatives for Amazon.com’s e-commerce platform.
  6. Responsible for managing the financial aspects/budget tied to the customer’s brand marketing and promotional plans, including leading promotional negotiations for optimal promotion planning and investments.
  7. Deliver monthly forecasts of revenue, net sales, and retail sales; collaborate with Supply Chain on inputs and metrics to ensure sales optimization. Monitor and benchmark achievement of KPIs.
  8. Work closely with the broader eCommerce team, including the Innovation Manager, Content Manager, Sales Analyst, 3P Agencies, Supply Chain, Deductions team, Sales Strategy, and other stakeholders to help drive sustainable growth of Henkel’s LHC business on Amazon.com.
