Job Description

Start Date: 6/16/2025

Bilingual Preferred: Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, French, and Spanish.

Required License: Active and unrestricted Life and Health Insurance License

Job Summary: Telesales role. Responsible for making and taking calls with prospective members to educate them on Molina products and conduct enrollment over the phone or other channels.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government health programs/income assistance programs.
  • Experience working with seniors and low-income individuals; telesales experience preferred.
  • Understanding of CMS telephone marketing regulations.
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong sales skills over the phone.
  • Conduct presentations, needs analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Assist with enrollment into products after sales cycle.
  • Arrange in-person meetings and RSVP for events for those preferring in-person enrollment.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals.

Job Qualifications:

Required Education: HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Required Experience: 1-3 years.

Required License, Certification, Association: Active and unrestricted Life and Health Insurance License.

Preferred Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent.

Preferred Experience: 3-5 years.
