Job Opportunity : Pole / Anchor Laborers

What you'll do :

  • Drive and operate diesel or gasoline-powered equipment to and from the jobsite (Backhoe, Trencher, Directional Bore, Digger Derrick, Pole / Bucket Truck)
  • Place Utility Poles
  • Install underground telecommunications cabling
  • Flagging to direct safe coordination of vehicles and equipment in active work areas
  • Property or worksite restoration, inspect equipment and work quality
  • Work in congested or remote areas as needed
  • Work with arms above shoulder level and at variable heights
  • Perform general construction tasks, including physical labor and using hand tools (lifting up to 75 lbs)

Who we are looking for :

  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Experience with underground utilities installation, repair, or maintenance, especially Pole Truck experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to operate utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools safely
  • Ability to follow directions, produce quality work, and maintain safety standards
  • Ability to lift / carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends, and in all weather conditions
