Inframark is seeking an Asset Management & Reliability Manager to lead national asset management and reliability programs across facilities. The role requires travel 50-75% to provide oversight, training, and alignment across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Reliability, or related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in asset management, maintenance, or portfolio reliability management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience across multi-site or national operations.
• Strong expertise in asset criticality, RCA, and RCM methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise-level CMMS systems, including governance and reporting.
• Proven skills in technical reporting, data analysis, and executive-level presentations.
• Excellent training, facilitation, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to establish and maintain reliability-focused asset management practices across all managed facilities.
• Mentor and coach employees on CMMS use, asset assessment methods, and reliability improvement practices.
• Build a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the Asset Management & Reliability function in corporate, client, and executive forums.
• Direct and execute standardized condition assessments portfolio-wide on mechanical, electrical, structural, and process assets.
• Document deterioration patterns, safety hazards, and compliance risks for lifecycle planning.
• Apply RCA thinking during inspections and recommend optimized maintenance strategies.
• Ensure data quality by validating asset tag numbers and CMMS hierarchies.
• Lead criticality assessments to prioritize assets for investment, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Analyze asset history and performance data to identify lifecycle risks and opportunities.
• Translate assessment findings into portfolio-wide strategies for capital planning and asset replacement.
• Lead structured RCA investigations for asset failures and safety events.
• Facilitate cross-site workshops to identify systemic causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure RCA outcomes are tracked in CMMS and reported to leadership.
• Deliver trend reports on lessons learned and improvement initiatives.
• Champion continuous improvement by embedding reliability-based practices.
• Standardize asset hierarchies, PM libraries, and coding structures for reporting.
• Train and certify CMMS users to ensure data quality.
• Verify outcomes are uploaded into CMMS as a single source of truth.
• Prepare professional reports for leadership and clients on asset conditions and risk.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for decisions.
• Lead portfolio-level review sessions aligning reliability with operations and capital planning.
• Provide executive-level reporting showing how asset management reduces risk and extends lifecycle.
• Coordinate reliability initiatives across facilities and embed strategies into day-to-day operations.
• Partner with managers to align reliability strategies with business objectives.
• Serve as liaison between site staff and corporate leadership to share lessons portfolio-wide.
• Support procurement with lifecycle cost and risk input on asset selection.
• Consolidate site activities into CMMS for portfolio transparency.
