POSITION TITLE: National Accounts Regional Sales Manager – AZ, CA, CO, or NV
POSITION OBJECTIVE :
Drives sales growth and the execution of Clearfield’s National Accounts commercial strategy across assigned Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecom providers and national MSOs in the assigned region. This role is responsible for expanding market coverage through direct engagement, authorized distribution, and private label partnerships. As a key contributor to the National Accounts team, this role serves as the primary contact for designated accounts in the region—building relationships, identifying localized opportunities, and ensuring consistent pull-through across the region while executing the strategic direction provided by National Account Managers and National Account Sales leadership.

Clearfield's Time Off Policy includes Personal Time Off (PTO) beginning at three weeks annually. PTO is accrued on the first of the month starting on day of hire. In addition, nine paid holidays per year.
SALARY RANGE: $84,294 - $105,368 - $126,441; Offers of employment will be extended at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
