Ocean Spray is hiring for a National Accounts Manager, Target & Meijer! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. As a farmer-owned co-op, everyone contributes to our shared success. Founded by three maverick farmers, we have been making our own way since inception.

We seek a strategic, results-driven National Account Manager to lead growth with Target and Meijer. This role is vital for building customer relationships, driving growth, and executing joint business plans aligned with company and customer goals.

Location: This is a remote opportunity. Candidates must reside in Boston, Massachusetts or the Central U.S.

A Day in the Life...

• Customer Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive plans for Target and Meijer, including promotional strategies, assortment planning, and new item launches.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
• Execution & Measurement: Implement initiatives and measure performance against KPIs to ensure success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Supply Chain) and external brokers for seamless execution.
• Financial Management: Manage trade budgets, deductions, and P&L for both accounts.
• Forecasting: Lead monthly volume forecasting and demand planning.
• Adaptability & Communication: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate change, and communicate professionally internally and externally.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in CPG sales, with preference for experience managing Target and/or Meijer accounts.
• Proven success in customer planning, trade fund management, and sales forecasting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
• Experience working with brokers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
