SummaryOur Retail Sales team is looking for the next National Accounts Manager to manage all Sales & Marketing aspects and activities in a specified account base. This includes goal- setting, selling & influencing, executing & measuring progress to ultimately attain the desired, specified positive results. This position establishes the processes to be used by the sales team including: strategic & tactical planning, Fact Based Selling, utilization of the Customer Database, execution and measurement of Supply Chain initiatives and career development through core competency measurement resulting in superior customer satisfaction. This manager is the primary contact and communicator between the Company and the accounts for which they are responsible for.
